Golf Scran was born out of a simple observation: golf clubs across Scotland were missing out on food and drink revenue because golfers couldn't easily order from the course.
The problem was everywhere. Golfers wanted a coffee at the turn or a sandwich waiting for them at the 18th, but nobody was going to walk back to the clubhouse mid-round to place an order. And most clubs couldn't justify staffing a halfway house.
We built Golf Scran to solve this. By placing QR codes at strategic points around the course, golfers can scan, browse the menu, and order in under 60 seconds — all from their phone, with no app download required. The kitchen gets the order instantly, prepares it in advance, and has it ready when the golfer arrives.
The result? More orders, happier members, and a busier kitchen. It's a win for everyone.
